Barbara Kufiadan is a 2nd year graduate student at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Barbara and Aniket discuss her Ghanaian-American upbringing, her experience growing up as a black woman in a predominantly white state, and her passion for shaping public policy to be more diverse, inclusive, and equitable for everyone.
